PID #12 Chapel Hill amenities include a stocked pond with a decorative fountain.  There is a paved walking trail that runs along the pond and behind the homes on the East side of the PID.  Further along the path you will find a beautiful butterfly garden with a rock bench and a mowed path to the lower pong for fishing.

All of the PID amenities are for public use because they belong to the City of Fort Worth.
